After reviewing your master food list and using my educationally equipped knowledge as a nutritional health coach, I will formulate a whole foods meal plan. I will go grocery shopping and cook, portion, and prep meals.

PARTIAL PLAN: $140/week
Five days of breakfast, snack, & lunch.

FULL PLAN: $165/week
Five days of breakfast, snack, lunch, & dinner. 

I have been with Kayla at Simply Rooted Soul now for 7 weeks. I am an older woman in relatively good health. But I wanted to lose weight and eat healthier. I've lost over 10 lbs and more importantly, my blood pressure went down and I feel great. And that's with cheating on weekend. I'm never hungry, and the food tastes amazing. I love not having to shop and cook my meals. It saves a ton of time.
