An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

Menu of services:
Nutritional Health Coaching Session, Initial or Follow Up Session $60 : This is a one on one session, personalized to your goals. An example of topics we may discuss are relationship with food, how our lifestyle impacts how and what we eat, cravings, seasonal eating, and more. Topics vary based on the individual. 60 minutes.
Nutrition Check In $30 : a 30 minute one on one session to check in with progress, go over questions, or discuss new eating plan or regimens. 30 minutes.
Fresh Lifestyle Plan $75 : This plan is for the person who wants to either lose weight, gain weight, or maintain their current weight in a healthy way. This is a one on one personalized 30 minute meeting. During which we find the appropriate chemical element (ie. Macronutrients) that is essential in relatively large amounts to the growth and health of your specific body type. Body composition analyst report included. Weekly weigh in and measurements can be scheduled to follow up on progress.
Fresh Lifestyle Plan with Meal Plan $125: This is a one on one personalized one hour meeting. We will find the appropriate chemical element (ie. Macronutrients) that is essential in relatively large amounts to the growth and health of your specific body type. We then review your food likes and dislikes and create a weekly menu plan for you with a grocery shopping list included. Body composition analyst report included. Weekly weigh in and measurements can be scheduled to follow up on progress. New Meal Plan weekly for additional charge of $50 per plan.
Body Composition Scale Reading, Report, + Consultation $50, 30 minutes.
Body Composition Reading + Report emailed directly to you $25, 15 minutes.
Three Month Program $475 : We will meet every other week on the same day and time for three months. This totals 6 sessions. This program is designed for people who have somewhat of a healthy approach currently but are searching for that leap of faith to sustain and improve current health. This program is not designed for people who are looking for a whole new approach to a way of eating, supplemental advice, or elimination of a food group to undercover an allergy or sensitivity. Included in the program are food recommendations, meal recommendation, and crowding in of new practices to develop a better understanding of thyself and improve energy, balance, and lifelong fulfillment.
Six Month Program $825 : This program is designed for individuals who are looking to transform their current eating habits and overcome physical, mental, and spiritual obstacles to improve overall wellness. Instead of focusing on just the end goals, we shift perspective to the journey it takes to get there and beyond. You will learn about how things in your life play a crucial role in your nutrition, not just the food you put in your mouth. Included in the program are personalized meal plans, elimination of certain foods and reintroduction, and lifestyle recommendations. Because this program is based on the individual other things addressed may be portion control, deconstructing cravings, food guides, seasonal eating, simplified exercise plans, & development of a spirituality practice.
