Simple Whole Foods Meal Plan + Grocery Shop + Meal Prep

Using my knowledge as a nutritional health coach, I will formulate fresh and simple whole foods meals for you. I will shop, cook, prep, and portion! I strive to make eating simple and convenient for you!

Here's how it works:

  1. Preview my monthly menu here.

  2. Visit my online shop to select a plan that's right for you.

  3. Place your orders by Wednesday at 8:00 PM. {Sign up here to receive a reminder email before orders are due!}

  4. Get your meals delivered to your door Sunday between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.

FAQ’s:

Will Meals be different every day?
Meals will repeat. You can choose up to three options per category. For example, if you choose 2 different options for lunch, you will get the same meal every other day. If you choose just one option, you will get the same lunch everyday.

Will I have a different meal plan every week?
New meal plans will be provided every 3 weeks to keep things fresh and exciting for your palette. If you want to mix things up throughout the month, you can choose different menu options at checkout. With each order (of 5 days of meals) you can choose up to three different meals per category, allowing you to change it up as much or as little as you desire.  

How is the food packaged?
New containers are provided each week. We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable containers that are made from plant fiber. 2 insulated bags are provided per client. Please give back your insulated bags every Sunday to reuse for the following weeks meals. Sometimes meals are packaged in glass jars. Please return any glass jars and lids every week to be reused.

How do I get my food? 
Meal delivery is on Sunday’s between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, unless contacted with other arrangements. Please contact Kayla if you need to arrange special pick up or delivery time and day.


I have been with Kayla at Simply Rooted Soul now for 7 weeks. I am an older woman in relatively good health. But I wanted to lose weight and eat healthier.
